All TariffPulse subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without any charge.
If you are not satisfied after your first charge, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the billing date. Refund requests made after 7 days of a billing cycle will not be eligible.
To request a refund, email us at support@tariffpulse.app with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have paid for.
