By accessing or using TariffPulse ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
TariffPulse is an AI-powered US tariff intelligence subscription service that monitors US tariff changes and delivers automated email alerts with AI-generated cost impact analysis based on your HS codes.
TariffPulse offers subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) with a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. All prices are in USD and billed monthly.
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before committing. After the trial, refunds are available within 7 days of the first charge if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us at support@tariffpulse.app. No refunds will be issued after 7 days of a billing cycle.
TariffPulse provides tariff information for informational purposes only. The information is not legal or financial advice. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Always consult a licensed customs broker or trade attorney for legal decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TariffPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
